HR Recruiter Walk-Ins in Redcentric Solutions Private Limited.

Walk –In Date & Timings:  12th October - 26th October, 3 PM onwards

Only on Week Days from Monday to Friday after 3.00 PM to 9.00 PM.

Required Experience: 3 - 5 years of HR Generalist experience in Human Resources, including staffing/recruiting, employment laws and employee relations.

Job Role:

Handling full Recruitment cycle to include; Posting Positions, Pre-screening & Interviewing candidates over phone, obtaining leads and reference checking, scheduling interview arrangements, closing and offer preparation.

Understanding the job requirements involving combination of complex skill sets and rare technologies and screening profiles accordingly.

Recruiting in IT Technologies involving combination of complex skill sets and rare technologies.

High volume recruiting with strong sense of Urgency, Flexibility and working on multiple positions.

Sourcing CVs from various job portals.

Create and maintain a custom database of candidate contacts and job requisitions from open to close.
Essential technical skills:

Candidate with full time MBA or equivalent Masters Degree in a reputed institute

Possess knowledge of sales and recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.

Preferably from IT industry.
