Roles & Responsibilities:
Reach out to active and passive candidates that would be fit for the open positions at Antra. Use innovative ways to reach out in addition to standard job boards and portals
Prepare professional looking job descriptions and review them with functional managers.
Network with Middle & Senior Level Candidates.
Identify candidates through conventional & innovative sourcing methods.
Knowledge of Market & Industry mapping.
Revenue Target planning towards achievement.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or masters equivalent degree or equivalent experience
Must have excellent communication skills and self-organization skills
5 Years experience in full life-cycle recruitment preferable for Manufacturing & Supply Chain (Product based)
Open to work with various Clients based on Ad Hoc requirements received by the Management
