Eligibility Criteria for HR:
1. Candidate should be a Graduate or Post Graduate.
2. Candidate should have minimum 1 plus year of work experience in Recruitment

*Candidate should be creative and innovative.
*Candidate must work successfully in a team environment as well as independently, ability to successfully adapt to changes in their environment.

Job Description for HR Executive
Manage end to end recruitment process for candidates, working closely with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure the process runs as efficiently as possible.
Focus on direct recruitment, researching and generating a candidate pipeline from internal and external sources.
Constructing briefs / role descriptions, advising on compensation, monitoring and reporting on progress, conducting telephone screening interviews.
Scrutinizing applications and providing shortlists to line managers.
Developing resourcing campaigns, advising on process, routes to market, use of assessment and selection tools, media and resourcing technologies
Preparation of of MIS reports.
Conducting induction, on-boarding processes for new joiners.
Execute various employee engagement and corporate social responsibility activities.
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization and communicate the same to their reporting authority.
