Sales Officer / Jr / Area Sales Manager for Suguna Layer Division

Experience Required: 2-5 Yrs

Job Description:
 Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products

 Developing sales strategies and setting targets
 Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

 Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
 Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
 Servicing the needs of your existing customers
 Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
 Recruiting and training sales staff & allocating areas to team.
 Monitoring your team\'s performance and motivating them to reach targets
 Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

 Continues Farm visits and travel is mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Should be fluent in Local language able to handle team 

Should have Poultry industry knowledge.

Should have knowledge about poultry layer and layer farming 

Agro /poultry experienced candidates will be given more pref.

Relationship build up with Farmers is important 

Previous exp Experience in 1 day old Chick Sales will be advantage  

Male Candidates with Achievements in other industry and having confidence can also apply 

Immediate joiners will be more preferred.
